Our process begins by listening. To you, and to what you need.
If you have a brief, we’ll start with that, or we have a briefing template, if you need a hand getting your thoughts on paper.
Better still, we will come and see you to get the ball rolling.
This stage will give us a clear understanding of what you, your products, services, project needs, requirements and aspirations. We will research and define your audience, making our proposals more relevant and focussed from the start, saving time in development.
Possible Outputs: An agreed Brief which reflects an understanding of the clients’ needs, products and services. Who is the audience? What are they buying?

Once we have researched and defined your brief, we then show you the possibilities of where your project could go. As we begin all our projects on the sketchbook, we can explore and refine what is possible quickly, before communicating them to you, with our associated thinking and realistic costings. After feedback from you, we will develop and refine them towards a memorable solution.
